"The shake itself is alright - not the nicest I've ever had, but it's
still ok. I saw some moderate gains, but not as fast as I would have hoped. I would still recommend
this whey protein shake to a friend though. In conclusion - a good buy, worth the money providing
you can put the work in. If you can't put the work in, don't bother."
