Our verdict
At first, we weren't very impressed with this protein shake, but we adjusted the time of day our
tester was taking the shake and it soon had a difference. The gains were pretty good, and 24g of
protein-per-serving is a very reasonable price.
The taste, though, well... we know everyone's tastes are different, but we couldn't palate the
chocolate flavour.
We also found that nutritional information changed slightly with different flavours - so watch
out for this one before buying.
In the end, we did warm to IDS Multi Pro Whey Isolate, and if you're after a cheap, relatively
good source of protein, we would say give it a go!
