Our verdict

For a reasonably-priced protein shake, Garnell Nutrition As One 40 is pretty good. It's not the best protein shake on the market, but it definitely holds its own.

We were pretty impressed with the taste, but not so with the mixability - it took us a few goes to get the small lumps out. We found it was best with a whisk - but that left a froth on the surface.

As for the results, well, we were fairly impressed with these, but again, there are protein shakes (more expensive, of course), that will give you better gains.
