Our verdict
After giving Dymatize Elite Whey a go for a few months, we saw some pretty good results. Our
testers for this shake did say it can get a bit 'sameish' but they couldn't complain at how easy it
was to mix. The only downsides we noticed were that gains were a little slower than some other
brands (probably because the protein quality wasn't as high as leading brands), and it didn't taste
all too good with water.
Overall, we would say Dymatize Elite Whey would be the best protein shake for someone on a low
budget, prepared to work hard to see gains after about six weeks.
