Complete Whey >>>
Cytosport Complete Whey is a high-quality whey protein blend
providing you with 19g of high-quality protein per serving without the added fat, carbohydrates or
sugars. Marketed as a great-tasting, quick-digesting easily-mixed protein shake,
Cytosport Complete Whey may well be the best protein shake for you if you are after a shake that’s
high in protein but reasonable in price.
Complete Whey is rich in glutamine and branched chain amino acids (BCAAs),
cysteine minerals, lactalbumin, lactoferrin and contains very little lactose and fat. But to many
of us, all these ingredients don’t matter – it’s what they can do that’s important. Well, these
ingredients can help to increase glutathione levels (an anti-oxidant) and heighten your immune
system’s ability to fight infection and illness.
Scientific research on Cytosport Complete Whey has
shown that it can help to help your body burn more fat and increase lean muscle
mass.
Users of Cytosport Complete Whey comment on how easy the protein shake is to mix, and they also
complement the taste.
Here’s what else they’ve had to say:
“I have tried many protein powders in the past and I have to say that this
one is very good-tastes good even with water, mixes also well. Would recommend it and definitely
will be buying again.”

“I’ve got to say, I’m very impressed with Cytosport’s complete whey. The taste
wasn’t as good as I expected, but it was still ok. Saw results after 4 weeks of training 3 times a
week – which I’m pretty happy with really. Will be buying it again, but may try a few other shakes
first to see if this is the best protein shake for me.”
Our verdict:
At first, we couldn’t make our minds up on Cytosport Complete
Whey, but after a few times of using it, we decided it was pretty good. Albeit not the
best protein shake on the market (in our opinion), it is still worth the money you pay for it
(which is usually around £30).
The taste, in our opinion, depends on the flavour you get. We preferred the cookies and cream
flavour, but banana wasn’t too bad either. As for mixability, we have seen better, but it’s not too
bad. There weren’t any big lumps left, but it can be a little bit gritty towards the bottom (this
can be avoided if you use a decent protein shaker). Overall, we were satisfied with the
effectiveness of Cytosport Complete Whey, and for around £30 – you do get a pretty good protein
shake!
