Boditronic Express Whey
gives you a controlled release of protein when you really need it - during your workout, to quickly begin the recovery process and after, to really encourage some serious muscle growth. It's also low in carbohydrates and fat which allows for lean muscle gains without the risk of developing problem belly fat.

With high levels of L-Glutamine and Branch Chain Amino Acids, Boditronics Express Whey seems to be far more than your average protein blend and at first glance it seems they have really set out to create a very strong all rounder. It contains all the necessary ingredients to see noticeable muscle gains and development whilst also looking out for your immune system, muscle integrity and other organs.

The inclusion of prebiotics makes Express Whey stand out from its regular counterparts and this digestion aid ensures protein is quickly digested and ready to be released to the muscles when needed. Boditronics Express Whey is ideal after workouts, as a filling snack during the day and before bed.

The Whey formula contains high levels of glutamine peptides which have numerous benefits, perhaps most importantly the prevention of catabolism and significantly aiding muscle growth.

A regular serving will get you just over 30g of protein and comes in at around 200 calories which provides the perfect protein 'hit'. If you're looking for bigger gains and need something with more carbohydrates and calories, click here.

Taste

There's a large selection of flavours ranging from the standard chocolate, banana and strawberry to something a little bit different, such as cherry or coconut cream. Express Whey mixes well and tastes pretty good considering all the ingredients.

What do Boditronics users think?

"Took it during my workout and it sat very heavy on my stomach, wouldn't use again"
Ryan Flynn - Southampton

"As a snack, I thought this was great as it kept me full for long periods of the day. Nice source of protein, although I now only need about 20g per serving"
Morgan Simpson - East Sterling

"I was swayed by the claims of prebiotics etc. Whether they actually do anything for you is debatable, tasted good though and would use again"
Phil Richmond - St. Helier

"Never had a cherry protein shake before now, probably won't have another one either! If you're going use Boditronics Express Whey, stick to the flavours you know"
Paul Carrow - Kendal

Verdict

Boditronics Express Whey is certainly a solid offering which contains a lot of added bonuses, all with the main aim of increasing lean muscle. What makes Boditronics even more attractive is the price tag, you could be forgiven for thinking you'd need to part with £40 to get a decent supply, shop around and you should get it for closer to £30 - delivered.
