Overview:
Atlas All Whey isn't for the faint hearted, it was manufactured with the
serious body builder very much in mind and will suit anyone looking for serious gains.
The product itself is the result of cutting edge technology and takes advantage of advances in
protein purification techniques. What does this mean for you? Much quicker digestion,
which ensures the protein can start rebuilding muscle a lot quicker.
With a generous 30g of protein per serving, Atlas All Whey offers one of highest doses of
protein per serving on the market and regular use will almost certainly result in positive gains -
and quickly to.
It's relatively cheap and you will most likely pick up a 5kg tub for around £45.
Taste
Out of all the taste tests we have conducted here at BPS, we were dreading this one the most. It
has a bit of a reputation for tasting bad, but we had no idea...
For all that is good about Atlas All Whey, it is let down enormously by the chalky, sour, nasty
taste. When we taste tested this product our researchers couldn't finish it, it was that bad. It
also has a very thick texture and the various flavours are far from what they are described as. If
you really want to try Atlas All Whey, play it safe with vanilla and mix with milk if possible.
If you're unsure whether you'll be able to stomach a whole 5kg tub of Atlas, perhaps opt for the
smaller 1kg tub, which you should be able to pick up for about £15.
Customer reviews
"Tastes absolutely horrific"
Bazza - Devon
"If you can get over the taste, this is a great protein shake"
Mark Charnock -
Leicester
"They're not supposed to taste nice, they're supposed to build muscle. Don't worry about the
taste, this is a great shake and provides a high dose of protein"
Sam Rockford -
Birmingham
"I saw tremendous gains when using Atlas All Whey, but won't be buying again. I need a much
nicer tasting protein shake."
"Went for vanilla, not a great taste but after two months, definitely noticed good gains"
Ally Mahood -
Wigan
"I went for Atlas because it was fairly priced but can honestly say I have never tasted
anything like it - it has a very thick dry texture and almost tastes like chalk. I'm never normally
too fussed about the taste and will usually get on with it regardless, but this is awful. If you
are on the fence, I would suggest spending a little more and getting something that tastes at least
a little bit better than this, sorry for the negative comment"
Mohammed Rahn -
Leeds
"After 3 months, I have noticed massive improvements and I am now looking to switch to
something a little less intense to trim my waistline. Don't worry about the taste - not
important"
Simon Lindfield -
Cardiff
"Here is my atlas all whey review... I first used it about 4 months ago after switching from
BSN True Mass, on the advice of my personal trainer. I hadn't been getting the results I wanted on
BSN and he mentioned he had used Atlas to put on 1.5 stone. I have to agree with all the comments,
it is horrible to taste, especially when True mass is so nice. The results speak for themselves
though, there is no doubt that this works and if you get creative and add banana's and honey etc to
the shake, it's not too bad at all."
Ross Keller - County
Durham
Verdict
We believe that Atlas All Whey is best suited to hardened body builders who have one eye on
price whilst keeping the quality of ingredients high. All Whey will give you the gains you are
looking for, no doubt about it, but there is one MASSIVE stumbling block...
If you can get over the taste, then we recommend it, if you like your protein to taste like
Mcdonalds milkshakes, stay clear of Atlas All Whey.
